Dear participants and parents of minor participants of Dancs 2024!
In the email you received on July 11, 2024, it is stated that we have reached an agreement with the Portorož Student home on the delivery of lunches to the Avditorij Portorož. With this, we want to save the participants of the International Summer Ballet Camp Dancs 2024 the journey from the Avditorij Portorož to the Student house during the lunch break, i.e. during the highest daily temperatures. It is true that in this case the participants have to bring their own utensils (plates and cutlery), as the organizers often went to pick up the hot lunches themselves, and they also returned the dishes themselves after lunch.
However, since we want each participant of Dancs 2024 to decide for themselves, or for minor participants their parents whether they want to receive their lunch at the Avditorij Portorož or to go to the Student house for lunch, we ask you to fill in and send a short questionnaire with determine the location of the lunches.
If you decide to have lunch delivered to Avditorij Portorož, we will organize tables where participants can eat lunch in peace.
