ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT DANCS-PIRAN

The information provides you important information and rules related to registration and participation at the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran 2021. Read them carefully please, to avoid later complications. If you have any questions, please contact us using the CONTACT FORM. Next to important information you will also find other practical information that will make your stay in Piran more comfortable.

Information you need to know

It is possible to apply for the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran via the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM. The Application form can be submitted after all the required fields are filled. After the form receipt an confirmation e-mail and copy of application form will be sent to e-mail given in the form. E-mail is serving as a document of proof in case that we will not receive your application. In case you will not be able to send the online application form for any reason, you can let us know via the CONTACT FORM and we will send you a manual application form via e-mail.

Price list Dancs-Piran is devided into:

  • payment of participation fee for the participation at the seminar or workshop 
  • payment for accomodation and/or nutrition in Dancs center 

Dancs-Piran offers the following payment options:

  • in a single amount
  • in two installments: for applications until 1 June 2021 (not possible for First minute applications)
  • In three installments: for applications until 1 May 2021 (not possible for First minute applications)
  • In four installments: for applications until 1 April 2021 (not possible for First minute applications)

the total amount of the registration fee as the accomodation and/or nutrition costs must be fully settled latest one day prior to the camp start, so the number of monthly installments depends on the date when you apply for Dancs-Piran. 


In Application form Dancs-Piran you can choose the following payment methods:

  • Payment due to received invoice in a single amount
  • Payment due to received invoice with installments

APPLICATION CONFIRMATION RECEIVING AN INVOICE

Immediately after your Dancs-Piran Application form will be sent, You will receive an confirmation by e-mail. Within few days after your Application form will be processed by Organiser of the camp, you will receive an invoice for payment.

If you do not receive a confirmation or invoice within few days, we kindly ask you to contact us via CONTACT FORM or by phone at +386 40 465 160. In this case, your application might had been sent to the spam box, for what we apologize in advance.


PAYMENT

The fee for the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran is divided into the deposit and the rest of balance for payment, since the deposit is already included in the price of the entire Camp fee.

Please, proceed the payment after you receive an invoice by e-mail! Please, make the payment to the Bank account shown inside invoice.

Your application will become credible only after Your payment of deposit in the amount of 50.00 eur will be proceed. In any case, the deposit is not refunded.

After deposit is payed, you have to proceed the payment of the rest balance due to deadline dates indicated in the invoice.


TERMS OF PAYMENTS AND CONDITIONS

Payment of the First Minute, valid for applications received latest by 21 February 2021 must be fully settled until 25 February 2021. The First minute application is in case of cancellation of participation fully non-refundable! In the case that the First Minute payment is not fully proceeded by deadline date, the Participant is no longer eligible for the First Minute price, although she or he has submitted application by 21 February 2020.

Payment for applications period from 22 February 2021 to 31 March 2021 must be fully payed no later than by 17 July 2021! If the last instalment of the amount is settled on 17 July 2021, the participant must submit a proof of paymnet to the Organiser at her or his arrival to the Camp, otherwise she or he will be not allowed to take participation at the seminar as long as organiser does not receive payment confirmation.


POSSIBILITY OF INSTALMENTS

Except for First Minute payments, The Organizer offers payment on several month instalments. The number of instalments depend on the date when Your registration had been sent, since the total amount of the registration fee and accommodation & nutrition must be payed no later than by 17 July 2021!

You can pay:

  • in a single amount
  • in two instalments (1st instalment: deposit + the first 50% of the remaining amount after the deducted deposit, 2nd instalment: payment of the outstanding balance);
  • in three instalments (1st instalment: deposit + the first third of the balance of the total amount after deduction of the deposit, 2nd instalment: the second part of the remainder of the total amount and the 3rd instalment: payment of the outstanding balance);
  • in four installments (1st instalment: deposit + first quarter of the remainder of the total amount after the deducted deposit, 2nd instalment: second quarter of the balance of the total amount, 3rd instalment: third quarter of the balance of the total amount and 4th instalment – payment of the outstanding balance).

CANCELATION OF PARTICIPATION AND REFUND OF ALREADY PAYED AMOUNT

Conditions for cancellation of participation and reimbursements are described in detail in the rules of Dancs-Piran under CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS..

WITHDRAWALS FROM PARTICIPATION

On Dancs-Piran already registered Participants may voluntarily withdraw their applications at any time. Withdrawals must be sent to the organizer within the form:

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION AT THE DANCS-PIRAN 2021 CAMP

The conditions for getting entitled to partial refunds (in case that registration fees, costs of accommodation and/or meals in the Dancs Center have already been fully settled) based on partial withdrawals are described in the section Refunds and cancellation of unpaid invoices. The invoices may be cancelled solely by the organizer.


REFUNDS OF PARTICIPATION FEES AND OTHER COSTS, CANCELLATION OF UNPAID INVOICES

If already registered Participant wish to withdraw her/his application due to unpredictable force majeure (injuries, illness …), the registration fee and the accommodation and/or costs for meals might be partially refunded. Adult participants, or parents or guardians of minor participants, must fill fill up the Cancellation form, which must be supported by a credible proof of the excisting force majeure. 

If a credible evidence of the force majeure is not submitted, it will be considered that  participants do not want their withdraw to be based on the evidence. Consequetly, such withdravals will not be approved.

CONDITIONS: REFUNDS OF PAID REGISTRATION FEES AND OTHER COSTS, CANCELLATION OF UNPAID INVOICES

“FIRST MINUTE” WITHDRAWAL

 

Registration fees, costs of accommodation and/or for meals will not be refunded.

 

Participants who applied as a “First Minute” applicants and duly paid registration fees, accommodation and/or for meals at the Dancs Center, are NOT ENTITLED to receiveany refunds.

  

WITHDRAWALS DUE TO A FORCE MAJEURE

by 16 July 2021

Not valid for First minute applications!

Participants, parents or legal guardian of minor participant may withdraw participant’s applications due to the force majeure, that could not have been forseen in advance.

 

Participations should send their Cancellation form no later than by 16 July 2021.

Participants or parents or legal guardians of minor participants must fully complete an online Cancellation form. Cancellation of attendance at the seminar becomes credible once the organizer replies to the e-mail.

Participants or parents or legal guardian of minor participants must also e-mail the organizer a legal document, which serves as proof of the force majeure.

 

Participants are NOT ENTITLED to refunds of the registration fees of 50,00 EUR and 10% other costs including participation fee, accommodation and/or meals at the Dancs Center.

Participants who have already fully covered all costs, will receive a partial refund. An unpaid invoices will be cancelled, but participants are still obliged to settle the rest of the amount (10% of the costs).

It is valid if participants or their legal guardians send fully completed online Cancellation form no later than by 30 April 2021. The cancellation is accepted once the organizer replies to the Cancellation form.

 

Participants are NOT ENTITLED for refund of the registration fee of 50,00 EUR and 10% of the other remaining costs (participation fee, accommodation and / or meals in the Dancs Center).

Participants are obliged to pay 10% of the amount on their invoices.

Participants who already fully paid their invoices, will be refunded 90% of the amount paid for the seminars, accomodation and meals.

  

WITHDRAWNS MADE BY

15 June 2021

Not valid for First minute applications!

 

It is valid if participants or their legal guardians send fully completed online Cancellation form no later than by 15 June 2021. The cancellation is accepted once the organizer replies to the e-mail.

 

Participants are NOT ENTITLED to refund of the registration fee of 50,00 EUR and 50% of the other remaining costs (including participation fee,  accommodation and/or meals in the Dancs Center).

Participants are obliged to pay 50% of the amount on their invoices.

Participants who already fully paid their invoices, will be refunded 50% of the amount paid for the seminars, accomodation and meals.

  

WITHDRAWNS MADE BY

16 July 2021 and later

Not valid for First minute applications!

 

It is valid if participants or their legal guardians send fully completed online Cancellation form after 16 July 2021. The cancellation is accepted when organizer replies to it.

 

Participants are NOT ENTITLED to refund of the registration fee of 50,00 EUR, nor the participation fees,but are entitled to receive 50% refund of the other remaining costs (accommodation and/or meals in the Dancs Center).

Participants are obliged to pay fully participation fees, plus 50% of the amount on the accomodation and meals.

Participants who already fully paid their invoices, will be refunded 50% of the amount paid for accomodation and/or meals.

  

IF PARTICIPANTS OR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS OF MINOR PARTICIPANTS DO NOT WITHDRAW THEIR APPLICATION FORMS AND DO NOT SEND THE CANCELLATION FORM

   

Participants are NOT ENTITLED to any refunds. If the invoice has not been paid yet or has been paid partially, participants are still obliged pay the full amount.

In a case the invoice is not settled after two reminders, an enforcement for payment will be made.

  

PARTIAL PARTICIPATION AND/OR PARTIAL ACCOMODATION AND/OR PARTIALLY TAKING MEALS

 

It is meant if participants or parents or guardians of minor participants decide to participate in the seminar on certain days only – attending only the individual workshops, staying in Dancs Center on certain night or taking meals on certain days only. For partial cancellation of anything mentioned above, participants or their legal representatives must complete an online Withdrawal from participating the seminar form which is akcnowledged once the organizer replies to it.

 

The rules for cancellation are the same as mentioned above by certain deadlines.

  

IF PARTICIPANTS ARE ABSENT FROM PARTICULAR WORKSHOPS OR DO NOT TAKE PRE-PAID MEALS

 

In the case participants do not attend individual workshops fully and/or do not take meals, the organizer will seek the reasons for such behaviour. In the case minor participants miss the workshop more the twice, the organiser will immediately contact their parents or guardians by e-mail.

 

Regardless of the reasons participants are NOT ENTITLEDto any refunds.

  

PARTICIPANTS WHO SHOULD STAY AT DANCS CENTER ARE ABSENT AT NIGHT TIME

 

If the organiser finds out that minor participant are leaving Dancs center at night time or staying out all night without informing the organizer or getting  approval from the responsible person of the organizer (the responsible person may grant an overnight leave of Dancs center only in the case parents or guardians take care of them!), the organizer will immediately inform their parents or guardians about it. In case minor participants or adults are staying outside of the Dancs Center without the knowledge or approval of the responsible person, a further stay may be reconsidered after consultation with their parents or guardians, while it does not affect the attendance of the courses they registered for. If the rule is violated more than once, the organizer may, without the consent of participant or the participants’ parents, forbid them further attendance of the seminar for the sake of the safety of other participants.

 

Regardless of the reasons participants are NOT ENTITLED to any refunds.

  

INJURIES THAT HAPPEN DURING THE WORKSHOPS

 

Any injury that happens during the workshops is considered as a professional risk of ballet and dance art. In this case, participants are still entitled to attend workshops as observers, even though they are no longer able to dance.

 

The risk of occurrence of any injury, that can happen to participants during the workshops is completely participants’ responsibility! In such cases, participants are NOT ENTITLED to full nor partial refund of the fees, accommodation costs and/or meals in the Dancs Center.

  

INJURIES THAT OCCUR DURING NON-SEMINAR ACTIVITIES

 

The responsibility for the injuries suffered by participants at a time during non-seminar activities are shared between the organizer and them. Although the organizer carefully observes and takes care of the safety of participants to the greatest possible extent, such injuries can occur from reasons for which the organizer has no direct influence on.

Note: Not a single participant suffered an injury during non-seminar activities so far!

 

In a case an injury occurs by the fault of the organizer, the participant is entitled to a full refund of the costs (a participation fee, accomodation, meals) for the rest of the dayswhen participants are unable to  attends workshops and/or stay and take meals in the Dancs Center.

The organizer is not responsible for injuries that happen to participants by their fault! In this case participants are NOT ENTITLEDto any refunds.  

  

WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION AND/OR ACCOMODATION AND/OR MEALS DURING THE SEMINAR

 

Is meant if participants withdraw the complete applications (including accomodation and meals) for reasons such as disagreement with the method of work of a pedagogue or disagreement with a professional decision for transferring them in the course of lowel level.

 

Regardless of the reasons participants are NOT ENTITLED to any refunds.

  

Transferring a participant from a course of lower difficulty level, i.e. Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet to a workshop of higher difficulty level, i.e. Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet (in case of participation in the course in full)

In case that the Organizer finds out that the Participant’s knowledge exceeds the required knowledge for Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet, it may suggest to Participant to be promoted to workshop of higher difficulty level, i.e. Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet. Promotion is possible onlyafter obtaining the consent of adult Participants or consent of Parents or Guardians of minor Participant.

The Organizer may also promote the Participant from Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet to Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet on Participant’s request, but only if it is exposed to the Organizer no later than at the end of the second day of her/his participation at the seminar. The Organizer will allow promotion to Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet if Participant’s knowledge exceeds the required knowledge for Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet and after obtaining the consent of Parents or Guardians of minor Participant.

Surcharge: Such a promotion will be proceed only when adult Participant or Parent or Guardian of minor Participant agrees to cover difference in the price between the price for Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet and the price for Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet.

Reassigning a Participant to a course of lower difficulty level (in case of participation in the course in full)

The Organizer may reassign Participant from Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet to Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet if establish that Participant has not enough knowledge required for participation in Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet and therefor inhibits the expected process of group work and hinders other participants’ progress. Reassign is done without consent of Participant or Parents or Guardians of minor Participant. Prior to Participant’s reassignation to the course of lower difficulty level, the Organizer will inform him/her or her/his Parents or Guardians.

The Organizer can also reassign Participant from Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet to Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet on her/his request. Request should be proposed no later than by the end of the second day of participation at the seminar. In case of minor Participant the reassign will be done only with consent of Participant’s parent or guardian.

Refundation: In such a case of reassignation, the Organizer does not refund any difference between the price for participation in Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet  and the price for participation in Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet, since the Participant had originally applied for participation in Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet.

Promoting a Participant from a single workshop in Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet to a single workshop in Advance & Professional course of Classical ballet

The organizer may propose to Participant to promote from the single workshop in Elementary advancedcourse of Classical ballet to a single workshop in Advance Professional workshop of Classical ballet. Such a promotion can be proposed also by Participant when she or he establish that her or his knowledge exceeds the required knowledge for single workshop in Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet. Therefor the Participant will attend only that worshop in Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet but the rest of workshops in Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet. Promotion will be carried out only after obtaining the consent of the adult Participants or the consent of the Parents or Guardians of the minor Participant.

Surcharge: The promotion from the single workshop in Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet to a single workshop in Advance Professional workshop of Classical ballet will be proceed only when an additional fee of 30 EUR for single week or 60 EUR for both weeks will be paid.

Reassigning the Participant from an single workshop in Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet to a single workshop in Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet

The Organizer may reassign Participant from an individual workshop in Advance & Professional workshop of Classical to an individual workshop in Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet without consent of Participant or consent of Parents or Guardians of minor Participant. Such a reassign can be made only if Organizer finds out that Participant’s knowledge is not on the level required for a single workshop in Advance & Professional workshop of Classical. When the minor Partcipant is reassigned the Organizer will inform Participant’s Parent or Guardian prior to reassignation.

The Organizer may transfer a Participant from an individual workshop in Advance & Professional workshop of Classical to an individual workshop in Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet also on the Participant’s request.

Refundation: In such a case of reassignation, the Organizer does not refund any difference between the price for participation in Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet  and the price for participation in Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet, since the Participant had originally applied for participation in Advance & Professional workshop of Classical ballet.

Exceptional promotion of Participant from Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet to Advance Professional workshop of Classical ballet

The organizer may propose to Participant to be promoted from Elementary advanced course of Classical ballet to Advance Professional workshop of Classical ballet when establish that Participant is an exceptional talent.

Exseptional promotion does not charge any extra costs.

Arrival of Participants to the Dancs Center

Participants are carrying their own responsibility for coming from their living place to the Dancs center of the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran and from the Dancs center fo the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran to their living place. Therefore, the Organizer is responsible for the Participants who stays at the Dancs center from the moment of their arrival and registration at the reception desk, and the Organiser responsibility terminates by the moment of Participamt’s departure from the Dancs Center on the day of her or his departure.

Organizer’s responsibilities for Participants who are not accommodated at the Dancs Center for the time of their participation at the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran

Participants who are not accommodated in the Dancs Center are responsible for arranging their own accommodation themselves. The Organizer assumes responsibility for Participants who are not accommodated in the Dancs Center exclusively for the time when they are present on the course or workshop, but not for the time when they are away from Dancs center or when Dancs-Piran course or workshop activities take place.

The organiser is not responsible for possible injuries of the Participants during the duration of the Seminar or Workshop

Injuries at workshops during the seminar are considered as a professional risk of ballet and dance art. In case that injury happen during workshops and the injured Participant is no longer able to work, she or he can continues to attend workshops without active participation. The risk for the injuries during the workshops is fully taken up by the Participants and the Parents or Guardian of minor participants!

No teacher / pedagogue is responsible for possible injuries of the Participants during the duration of the Seminar and Workshop.

Because in the case of Ballet and Dance art there is a certain risk for injuries, none of the teachers are responsible for the injuries of the Participants that could happen during the workshops activities.

Injuries or accidents that occur during the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran at the time when the activities of workshops are not taking place.

Although in all previous Dancs-Piran camps didn’t happened any accident during the time when activitiesdidn’t take place. However, injuries can occur unintentionally due to the forces on which the Organizer does not have an direct impact, even if carefully monitors and takes care for the safety of the Participants to it’s greatest possible extent! The injuries that the Participant could suffer from during the absence of the Campactivities are divided on responsibility of the Organizer and the responsibility of the Participants themself. However, the Organizer will proceed all required actions for taking care for the Participant who may suffer an injury but does not take any responsibility for accidents on which it has no direct impact!

Chronic or previous health problems of the Participants

The Participants of the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran are obliged to inform the Organizer about any health problems or allergies they may suffer from and provide a medical letter in English which clearly defines and describes what the Organizer needs to pay attention to it. The Organizer is not responsible for any complications during the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran which are result of chronic or prior medical problems of the Participants.

Acute medical and health conditions that would arise during the seminar

If the Participant experiences an unexpected acute medical or health condition, the Organizer will immediately take care by taking the Participant to the nearest health facility. In the case that the Participant is a minor, the Organizer will immediately inform her or his Parents or Guardian about the situation.

Actions of the Organizer in the case of injury

In the case of injury of the Participant at the seminar, the Organizer will immediately arrange seeing the doctor by taking her or him to the nearest health center. In the case that injured Participant is minor, the Organizer will immediately inform her or his Parents or Guardian about the injury.

Dissatisfaction of individual participants

The Organizer has no influence on the possible dissatisfaction of the single Participant or the small group of Participants, which would arise for reasons of Pedagogue’s professional decisions on classification in a course or workshop, result of less complexity due to Participant’s technical knowledge and stamina, dissatisfaction with the professional decisions of the Pedagogues on the formation, placement and positioning which are based on the knowledge of individual Participants (line, position in the group, etc.), or due to disagreement with the presence of other Participants, national prejudices, etc.

In the case of unjustified dissatisfaction of individual minor Participants, the organizer will immediately inform their Parents or Guardian and seek their consent for further actions. In the case when the Participant is an adult person, the organizer will interview her or him before making further actions.

In a case of participant’s nationalist failures, unappropriate nationalistic comments, the Organizer will immediately act appropriately and in accordance with the law.

Cancellation of a single Course or Workshop

A certain number of participants is required for each, Course and Workshop. In the case that participants in Course or Workshop will be less than 20, the Organizer may cancel the course, but not later than 14 days prior the beginning of the Camp. In the case of cancellation of Course or Workshop, the Organizer will inform the registered participants and offer them a possibility to attend one of other courses. If registered participants do not decide for one of the other courses, all the funds already paid will be refund.

Cancellation of entire International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran

The Organizer reserves the rights to cancel the entire Camp in the case of an accident, illness or any other reason that have result force majeure and is impossible to have influence on them. In this case all already paid funds will be refund to applicants.

The Organizer of the International Summer Ballet Camp Dancs-Piran reserves the rights to replace individual, pre-announced Pedagogues. The change may occur due to the termination of cooperation by the pedagogue, but the Organizer may also decide to change the Pedagogue, if he finds that she or he is not ready to follow the instructions of the Organizer in the direction of required professional action or instructions adopted by the Organizer to ensure the safety of all Participants.

All Participants must obtain a comprehensive health and accident insurance for the whole period of the Camp duration!

The insurance must cover all the costs in all circumstances that may arise during the participation at the International Summer Ballet camp Dancs-Piran.

All Participants of the International Summer Ballet camp Dancs-Piran are obliged to provide the comprehensive health and accident insurance document to the responsible person at the reception desk by their arrival to the Dancs centre.

Citizens of the European Union who do not have permanent health insurance in Slovenia must bring with them their own European Health Insurance Card!

All Participants are strictly obliged to follow the House rules during their stay in the Dancs Center. House rules are published on notice boards, in bedrooms, in the dining room and in the ballet studios.

The Participants are obliged to take care of cleanliness in the bedrooms, ballet studios and the entire area of ​​the Dancs Center.

It is strictly forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages and other harmful substances in the Dancs Center.

In the whole area of ​​the Dancs Center (that includes all inner places of the Dancs Center, balconies and outdoor areas of ​​the school) it is strictly forbidden to smoke, drink alcohol or to consume other harmful substances.

The exits of minor Participants from the Dancs Center is strictly forbidden without the consent of the responsible person.

Adult Participants are allowed to exit or/and return late to the Dancs Center only by informing the responsible person and getting approval from her or him.

All bedrooms in the Dancs Center are equipped with air conditioning. It is strictly forbidden to take bed mattresses from the bedrooms to the balconies and sleeping on the balconies.

The deliberate destruction of the equipment at the Dancs Center will be charged according to the price determined by the Ciril Kosmač Primary School Piran.

The Participants are obliged to inform the Organizer about possible non-compliance of the rules by other Participants.

The Participants must follow the instructions of the Organizer and all of the existing rules and regulations for their safeness and the safe, efficient and well-performing program.

The Organizer of the Dancs-Piran reserves the rights to give up the Participant’s hospitality at the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran if she or he repeatedly violates the rules, and if she or he presents a danger for himself or/and for other Participants of the Dancs-Piran. In this case, NO costs will be returned.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO STAY IN THE DANCE CENTER

The entry in the bedrooms and the retention in dormitories is strictly forbidden for those Participants who are not residing at the Dance center during the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran,.

It is strictly forbidden to hold men in the dormitories in which girls reside, and vice versa.

Order and cleanliness in the bedrooms

Entry to the bedrooms is allowed exclusively in slippers.

The bedrooms are daily cleaned by authorized person.

The authorized persons do not touch and/or remove any of personal belongings when entering the bedroom. To maintain order related to the personal belongings the Participants are responsible themselves.

It is prohibited to take out of the bedroom mattresses, headgear and pillowcases, including to take them out to the bedroom’s terrace.

The Participants who reside in the Dancs center will receive bedding by their arrival. The bedding needs to be placed on the mattress, the pillow and the headgear by Participants themselves. The change of bedding is proceed at the reception of the Dancs Center. The participants are obliged to remove old bedding from pillows, mattresses and headgear and return it to the responsible person at the reception desk when replacing bedding.

The Dancs Center has three bedrooms:

  • First one with 20 beds for girls
  • Second one with 20 beds for girls
  • Thirs one with 18 beds for mens

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The Dancs Center provides:

  • pillows, mattresses and headgears,
  • bedding,
  • a closet for each individual Participant for the storage of personal belongings.

The Dancs-Piran do not provide:

  • towels for personal hygiene,
  • bath towels,
  • personal hygiene (soap, hair shampoo, shower gel, etc.),
  • slippers.

The Participants who reside in the Dancs center during International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran are obliged to bring with them all the items that Dancs center do not provide!

All Participants of the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran must bring with them all for ballet work required clothes (girls: ballet leotards, full lenght ballet tights, soft ballet shoes; boys: ballet tricks, suspensors, T-shirts, ballet shoes). The Participants who will apply for Course or Workshop for which Point shoes are required, must bring with them their own Point shoes.

All the Participants must bring with them their own towels to wipe sweat during work.

Girls must tie their hair in such a way that forehead and neck are fully visible.

Male dancers with long hair have to tie them appropriately too.

Hanging earrings, bracelets, necklaces and rings are not allowed to be worn during the Seminar or Workshop work.

Long or artificial nails are not allowed. The girls must have a well-designed, shortened nails on the hands, so that they do not endanger the health of other Participants and especially male dancers – partners.

Any hazardous beauty supplements that could endanger their own or other participant’s safety and health are not permitted.

It is allowe to enter in Ballet studios strictly in ballet shoes.

Only non alcoholic drinks are allowed in Ballet studios.

If the Participant of the International summer ballet camp Dancs-Piran does not wish to stay in the Dancs Center during the camp duration, or if all the capacities in the Dancs Center have already been filled, she or he can find another residence in Piran. For this purpose, we offer a few more affordable accommodation providers.

The Organizer has no influence on the free capacities of an individual provider! Therefore, we suggest that you arrange your accommodation as soon as possible.

We would like to inform Interested Ballet dancers who intend to attend Advanced & Professional workshops of Classical Ballet that only applications for the entire duration of the International Summer Ballet Camp Dancs-Piran 2021 (from July 26, 2021 to August 7, 2021) are possible. Applications for attending workshops only in the first or only in the second week are no longer possible.
